I will add questions/answers here as and when I find that many people are asking the same thing, or if there’s a question which I think is important.
General
Can I alter your graphics?
You can alter them by resizing and recolouring etc if your project requires that, but you may not alter them and claim them as your own unless the terms of use clearly state that you may do that (this is the case with SOME of my commercial use tools). If in doubt please always ask before purchase.
Freebies and special offers
Do you offer free kits?
Yes I do, just hit the “freebies” button on the menu bar. If you take a freebie please leave us some comment love as we’ve worked hard on it – remember to share your creations with us in our forum too. I try to add at least one freebie every 1-2 weeks. Some freebies are time sensitive though and are only available for a week, so please follow our blog feed.
Do you give out coupon and discount codes?
I occasionally have special offers at the store, but mostly my coupon codes and all of the best special offers are distributed in my newsletter. Anyone can subscribe to the newsletter by completing the form at the bottom of the blog.
Payment and delivery
What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments are processed via Paypal. You may pay (via Paypal) using your Paypal balance or using a credit or debit card. Note that, whilst you CAN pay using your bank balance, these take up to 5 working days to process and items will not be emailed or otherwise dispatched to you until payment has been fully processed.
Can you send the file by email or post?
Unfortunately the files are too large to email so cannot be emailed. Since people who request kits on CD/DVD tend (in our experience) to live in regions with unreliable postal suppliers, we do not normally ship kits on CDs. We may however be open to negotiation, but please contact us before ordering. An additional postage, processing and supplies fee will be charged.
Designers and Creative Team
How do I go about joining your Creative Team?
If you are interested in joining our Creative Team please contact me, leaving me a link to your most recent work or a gallery. I would like to see a range of what you can do, so the more samples the better. Please do not be offended if we say no as we have high standards and we welcome re-applications too.
Do you have guest layout designers?
Due to the amount of administration time required to set up guest layout designers, we are not currently looking for any for our teams. If you wish to join our Creative Team permanently though, please read the FAQ directly above.
