Blogwear in a box can be thought of as an instant(ish) blog makeover. The blogwear sets include a range of backgrounds, headers (plain and photo style), widget labels and sometimes other elements too. All you need to do is add a title to the header and some text to the labels!
Common sizes have been quoted below for your convenience. Please check that your blogging platform can be customised in this way. Graphics can be resized if required.

Widget labels: approx 250px wide
Background: supplied as a repeating tile or large background
